I thought it was a great property. Rooms are extremely small service was excellent very accommodating very loud outside even in the wee hours of the night and a little out-of-the-way in Soho not in the best location.

Pro’s: staff is very helpful and friendly and overall the rooms are clean and updated. Cons: The rooms are TINY, AC noisy, and the worst is the gym studio blaring music at 7am EVERY morning, which makes it impossible to sleep past this time, no matter what floor you are on.

Great property, great vibe. Some confusion at check-in over large hold put on cc despite room being prepaid on Expedia. It was sorted out at check out by the very awesome Danny. It’s a gem of a hotel, with excellent restaurant, rooftop lounge.

Felt like a boutique hotel but with larger capacity. Attention to detail was lovely. Staff were great! A little noisy at times with music on the patio side. Rooms were small and cozy.

As a New York hotel we expected a small room, and it was. The bunk beds were wider than usual bunks, and the mattresses and pillows really comfortable. All the staff we encountered were fantastic. So friendly but professional. The shower was magnificent. There were some dust bunnies around the bed frames, but thats nit picking. All the complimentry toiletries were generous in size and excellent quality. We didnt use all the hotel's facilities, but staff couldnt do enough to help when we needed assistance.

It was perfect! Close to great restaurants, shopping and the subway. And the restaurant in the hotel was excellent! The staff was so helpful and friendly and welcoming!

Brilliant location for exploring all parts of New York. Very friendly staff, who were always helpful and generate a very welcoming atmosphere. In general, a great hotel with a wonderful rooftop (especially in the late afternoon). Also has a fun cocktail bar, great restaurant, and convenient workspaces. Would recommend.

Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience at Arlo SoHo. Our room had a clogged sink, a clogged shower which flooded the washroom, I had to ask multiple times to have room cleaned, when they finally came at 6pm they left only one clean bath towel (even though we left the dirty ones on the ground as requested). Telephone didn’t work, HVAC didn’t work (had to sleep with window open because room was 80 degrees). When checking-out front desk said they wouldn’t charge me for facilities fees. Hoping that they honour that. On a positive note, the breakfast included was a perk and location is good.

Excellent location, amazing design, and service was excellent-- the coffee at the lobby cafe was great. The only thing-- and it is the only thing-- is that the rooms are a wee bit tight. We are a couple and we did fine. It will help with intimacy.

The rooms are too noisy and extremely small even for NYC. This hotel is only good for one or two nights maximum. The noise from the street and rooftop bar is terrible. Very difficult to sleep. The traffic around the hotel is awful since it is very close to the entrance of Holland Tunnel. There are no amenities (water, coffee) in the room probably because nothing fits. You expect a lot more from a 4-star hotel at this price.

I got lucky with fromt role parking woohoo!! ✊️ view was soo amazing from the terrace and not to mention a decent space out side it. Missed out on the rooftop but the JayDee was pumping it up lasy night with good tracks. Will come back again soon !! A

Arlo Soho is a friendly and convenient hotel on Hudson Street - a nice walking distance to Whitney Museum, High Line, and many great restaurants. Staff members are always cordial and helpful.

Arlo Soho was perfectly located for soho, Chelsea and the financial district, as well as some great restaurants and bars. The hotels rooftop bar has a perfect view of the One World Trade Building and a great selection of cocktails - the margarita was a personal fav. The hotel was clean and although small, the room was comfy. The staff were super helpful and really friendly. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!
