"This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend as we were in town for a soccer tournament. Very close to downtown but far enough away so it was quiet and very convenient to all the highways as well. Christian made it a very easy check in process and was in communication with us before our arrival as well as checking in after we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future when we come back to Richmond! Thanks for a great weekend stay!"

"We came into town looking for a room where we could walk to the Science Museum and get a ride to the Bottom for dinner. Our stay was excellent and would book here our next time in RVA. "Great beds and the unit had everything we needed for a quick stay. The host, Mr. Devine gave lots of great info about the area and was helpful all around. We loved walking around the neighborhood and found Brewers Cafe to be a delightful stop for local flavor and great breakfast sandwiches. The only negative is that this is an apartment style unit, and there was quite a bit of noise from other the units "

"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was a perfect space for my husband and our baby. Plenty of space for the 3 of us, and everything was perfectly clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and enjoying the view. The neighborhood is also fantastic! Lots of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. We visit Richmond regularly and think this might be our home away from home from now on."

"Does not reply to messages at all……. Check-in time was 3pm. Had not received any info about checking in at 1pm. Customer service reached out to help and couldn’t make contact either. At 3pm I called customer service back and after 30 mins with them , host finally responded with property was unavailable…. Host could have cancelled but didn’t …… VRBO customer service was very helpful in this situation.. Thanks to them….."

"We had a really wonderful stay at this historic home. Everything was as nice in the pictures as in person and the setting and location was even more beautiful in person. The home was very clean. The sheets and towels were very nice quality and there was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels stocked. The kitchen has everything we needed and was very modern. We highly recommend this place!"
