"Uns hat die Ferienwohnung zu 100% überzeugt. Das Haus ist schon älter, aber alles ist sauber und neu. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Präsentkorb mit Marmelade, Nutella und Keksen begrüßt. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren ebenfalls top. Die Liegen konnten jederzeit genutzt werden. Das ganze Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Innerhalb von 50 Minuten waren wir am Colosseum. Sa maison est juste magique : l’horizon infini avec verdure, fleurs&oliviers, et mer au loin est immédiatement ressourçant. Facile accès à Rome Termini en train depuis la gare de Campoleone (parking gratuit à 9min en voiture puis 25 min de train pour environ 3EUR. Parfait pour alterner repos et visites. "Beautifully renovated building that was a former kindergarten school. It is still working on renovations otherwise, i would have rated it a 5 for property and immediate area. It has a private beach and a nice seafood restaurant attached to the resort hotel. The staff are first class. The suites include full kitchens and clothes washers and shower."

"We enjoyed a relaxing time at the Villa. It was spacious and well maintained and the neighbor was very friendly and helpful. The pool and air conditioning made it comfortable in spite of the hot time of year that we decided to go. We do recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to do any traveling away from the villa due to it's being a little bit remote.
