"I loved everything about Hyatt"

"I read varying reviews of this hotel, but overall, I thought it was a nice property, and certainly a good value. Yes, the elevators are very small (probably because of the building's age), the lobby is modest, and if some rough edges on wallpaper will ruin your stay, perhaps look elsewhere. But front desk staff were great, the room was spacious and comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good and stayed consistently hot, and WiFi worked well. The location is excellent, in easy walking distance of many attractions. I'd gladly stay here again on my next visit to downtown Chicago."
