"The hotel is located at a very convenient location with a minimart nearby. The courtyard was very pretty and we enjoyed a takeaway meal there. The staff were also very friendly and polite. The only negative thing is that the shower head in the room is fixed and cannot be adjusted or moved round much. Bed was very comfortable but the noise from the Ponte Sisto bridge might be loud for some. There is also a lift in the hotel which is definitely a plus. We bought three nights however they gave us a old room in a different floor, which apparently, was part of a different hotel called “NAVONOTEL, MIGDAL PALACE”. The room had no TV, no internet conection (in spite of the hotel’s explicit offer, that we paid for).We had to got as far as to sit in the stairs of the third floor in the middle of the night to get internet from the other floor's Wi-Fi.
