The Savoy restaurant in the hotel served me one of the best steaks and cocktails I have ever had, but it was appropriately very expensive. "Hotel is cute and old fashioned. Lots of character. However, once I notified the front desk that I had a small dog I was asked if it was a service dog? They said only service dogs were allowed and it is $70 extra. I told the person that I specifically chose pet friendly option when trying to find a place and that this hotel came up, amongst others. He said that $70 is common, which I disagree. We had other hotels not charge at all and others only $20-25. "
