Overall our stay was good but there were a few things such as we asked 5 times for more towels and trash bags and kept being told that they would bring it to our room and never did and the conditioner was empty and asked to have it replaced and never did and then there was no waffles on Monday which made me sad because they are delicious! But our room was clean and the staff was very nice and professional.

The room was big with a nice layout. Bed was comfortable. Drain in shower was backing up and visibly clogged with hair that was not ours. Garbage was left in the bottom of garbage can from Previous guests. Staff was friendly. Check in and checkout was fast and easy.

Must provide bottle opener in every room. Noisy A/C unit. Some members of the cleaning crew (I saw 2 men, and spoke with one of them) repeatedly bang the doors of every room while cleaning. One cannot sleep, study or work. This happened every day.

The hotel said breakfast but nothing was offered at the time it said breakfast would be available. The hotel charges $ 25.00 extra for parking. The bed in my room was a king but had queen fitted sheet so it kept coming off the bed, no soap dispenser in bathroom, I went down to check out and the guy behind dest had a terrible attitude, as if I was bothering him!

When we got there, our room wasn't ready. They told us to come back at a little before 3. We arrived at 3 and it still wasn't ready. Took about 45 more minutes and a shift change to get into the room. On Friday morning, I had a medical emergency and had to go home. I was charged for 2 nights parking even though I only stayed one night and wasn't offered a credit or any compensation for the room. Not even I'm sorry, I wish we could do something.

We had a nice stay at the Hampton Inn. No complaints with checking in or out and staff was all professional and courteous. Our room was very clean. They are not the most updated rooms, but everything was comfortable and met all of our needs. Parking is $25 a night in the open lot.

Ice maker on first floor didn’t work. Clock in room didn’t work. Never cleaned the room when it was supposed to be cleaned every other day. Breakfast was below average quality with several drink choices not available. And why in a city with mainly night life is the breakfast over at 9 AM??? CHARGED $25 PER DAY PARKING AND CALLED IT AN INCIDENTAL! The whole place was not very and kind of smelled. For $175 per night, I expected a lot better than was delivered..

The room was clean, although it felt dated and had visible wear and tear. The hallways and elevators were dirty. The staff that I met were all kind and helpful. I do like hotels that have their own parking lot like this one did. I don't really care for valet parking.

Our rooms bathroom and in general could have had better housekeeping. Besides that, it was a great value to be downtown. If we would have been staying for more than a night I may have asked to switch rooms or have the bathroom re-cleaned but it was tolerable for a one night cheaper stay in an otherwise insanely priced area.

Not my favorite Hampton Inn
This hotel is tired and needs a bit of sprucing up. I appreciate the ability to get a suite, but it wasn't very comfortable. The room we were in was dark, with not a lot of lights to brighten it up. The furniture in the kitchenette made it unusable - with mismatched table & chairs. How were we supposed to sit at a cocktail round table with regular height chairs? When I complained they said that they were in the midst of getting new furniture and that they had only some of the new pieces. I would have appreciated an explanation of that before paying for a suite. Additionally I booked a double queen suite, and ended up in a king suite, which meant someone had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. I had been trying to avoid that. At least they comped my parking for that inconvenience. I had hoped that during our 3 night stay we might be able to relax together in the living room area, and that became hard to do with the pull out sofa opened up into a bed and a table/chairs we could not sit at together.

Great location and price for the area. Will definitely return! Our favorite bbq restaurant was right next door, which was a bonus!

It hD a kitchen and felt like an apartment. We had a large suite and it was well equipted with everything necessary! Service was great. However, theycouldn’t, for some reason, figure out how our room was changed, nor did they manage to give us our receipt.

There was a leak from the bathroom above mine during the day that ran down the bathroom mirror and pooled on the floor. I let the front desk know about it, but no one ever followed up at least while I was there.
