They need to reevaluate some of their staff. Called to make a request and it was never noted. Didn't have a room ready at check-in at 3 and was told I'd get a room on the first floor and it was never noted. Couldn't get into a room until 5 and was given a room in the 3rd floor. Tub had drainage issues. Overall not a great stay. Will not be staying there again

Imagine booking a room here because you’re visiting family in the hospital and exhausted, only to find out you got charged almost $30 a night to park. When I checked in, the front desk person asked me to swipe my card in case of “incidentals”, which I assumed would be returned if there were no incidentals. Why be sneaky and lie about what the charge was really for?! Or why not include it in the quoted room rate instead of tacking it on later? If you book through Expedia, the parking fee is hidden in the fine print. And I don’t care if it’s standard around the area, when you know a lot of your customers are coming from the hospital you’re located very close to.. Even Vanderbilt doesn’t charge for parking. Ridiculous.

Overall our stay was good but there were a few things such as we asked 5 times for more towels and trash bags and kept being told that they would bring it to our room and never did and the conditioner was empty and asked to have it replaced and never did and then there was no waffles on Monday which made me sad because they are delicious! But our room was clean and the staff was very nice and professional.

The room was big with a nice layout. Bed was comfortable. Drain in shower was backing up and visibly clogged with hair that was not ours. Garbage was left in the bottom of garbage can from Previous guests. Staff was friendly. Check in and checkout was fast and easy.
