"I liked the estuary views and the easy access to the Napier/Hastings freeway. I didn't like the heavy footsteps along the balcony front, it was quite noisy."

"I liked that it was close to the waterfront and great restaurants. We had issues with noise however. There are lots of signs around promoting being considerate of guests around being quiet. However our room although lovely it was 2 units away from the hotel's restaurant and bar area which was actually very noisy and impacted on our second night's stay. Wouldn't want to spend another Saturday night due to this."
