"Our problem was that on arrival we were told that we had been upgraded. We assumed it was for the whole week we were there but it was only for 3 nights. After that we were in 2 different rooms. We had to insist that after only one might in a room, our next room would be for the remaining 3 nights. We are both elderly and need consistency. Perhaps initially a different room was found for us because the booked room was down many steep steps. But the "upgrade" was not made clear. Nobody wants to go...

"This is an excellently located accommodation in Ornos, with well equipped, clean and large apartments with a well equipped kitchen, full oven etc. (including a washing machine!) - and walking distance from Ornos beach. Check in was easy, while Bobby was very helpful to store my luggage, and the cleaning lady was always friendly and quick to tidy up the apartment and provide fresh towels daily. One definitely needs to go by car or taxi around these areas as the roads are narrow and hard to walk on. "Beautiful property on the beach. The staff is so helpful and friendly. All the amenities are amazing from the hot tub in the balcony with a beautiful view to the heated swimming pool with a swim up bar. The property had access to the beach with the beach beds/chairs and a club. There was a bus station right outside tge property to visit Mykonos town.The buffet was good. Staying here is a dream. "
