"The property was conveniently located minutes from a wonderful French bistro and North Beach. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations."

"The house and outdoor patio are wonderful. There’s a lot of love and care by the owner and she’s also a wonderful person to talk with. Our family really liked the location being a few blocks from the beach but not right next to the pier or really busy areas. We even found a really nice long bike and running path along the beach going North to Dana Point. We’ll be back again next year for sure."

"Property was described perfectly. Clean and nicely set up. Location was great for us with a cool view of the ocean. Parking was great, I have a truck and am always worried about parking it along the coastal communities. Quiet neighborhood and easily access for cycling route."

"We enjoyed our visit. The place was nice and cozy. The location was in a gated community and convenient to all that the area had to offer. The online photos showed a gas fireplace (in use). We were unable to utilize that amenity. We were disappointed to say the least. Reason: We were told by the host that it was a safety hazard. Cleanliness on a scale of one to ten. 6 1/2. The beds were comfortable and most all the amenities were as described in the VRBO listing. It checked most all the boxes....

"The property was in a great location. Very comfortable beds! The patio was amazing. We had cold weather so we’re not able to use it as much as we would have liked. I will stay here again!"

"Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...

"The shower head in the master bedroom leaks and needs to be replaced, a dead mouse was in the garage-we swept it to the street gutter and there were no Kleenex tissues in the house, a box would have been nice. Otherwise, we were very happy with the cleanliness and location. One block from the ocean can't be beat!"

"Loved the location very near beach and rail trail for walking and short walk up hill to town and many shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Parking in garage or driveway is too tight for truck or van; street parking is metered unless you go further up the hill and get lucky. Laundry requires $3.50/load of quarters, no change machine. Apartment nice and bright."

"This was a very nice property in the staff were excellent. The pools and Jacuzzi very very nice. The pool was perfect temperature wise. Did you could walk right in with no issues at all with the cold very unheard of at hotels. The tiny house or cottage was very nice. Just big enough two. I would definitely go back again. "
