It is not a covid friendly hotel. The staff doesn't take care of any of the rules or regulations in place for CoVID-19 despite being in a city with highest covid rate. The hotel has marked to ensure people are wearing mask and social distancing is done, however even the gate keeper is not following those rules.
I took photos where the staff is neither maintaining social distancing nor wearing a mask nor enforcing customers to wear a mask.
The rooms are cleaned by staff not wearing gloves or a mask. Room service is done by staff again not wearing a glove or mask. When I mentioned it to them only then they started to wear a mask. They say rooms are sanitizer but are not.
Saikat Chatterjee, who is the General Manager of the hotel, was very casual when I made a complaint despite his staff in front of him was standing on reception not wearing a mask. He is attitude was like yeah sir I'll do a staff meeting and then see what can be done, I was like but I'll put a review about itz he was like sir yeah doesn't matter, I'll do a staff meeting first.
This will become a breeder if they don't take care.
