"I had a very nice stay. I'm a little biased as it was my 3r stay there in five years (Coviid stopped two of the years). The staff there has always been very friendly and helpful on pointing out good places to eat or see that are not part of the "touristy" spots. Many of my neighbors took advantage of the cool, lightly breezy weather in the evenings to, sit in the chairs and/or tables out in front of the rooms, to enjoy drinks or snacks."

"I loved the old fashioned antiques. I loved the fireplace! It was an old property but I liked how they made it so cozy & warm. We were very comfy but the bed was super old & my back ached. Decorations & quiet & nice location made up for it! I’d stay here again but there was no breakfast & it’s more expensive than usual motels."

Gorgeous 😍. 20 minutes up the road is Alta sierra, a ski slope. 2 hours from there is the trail of 100 giants. Great location. Wood interior of the house is beautiful. Cookware is limited, but still able to make a fabulous dinner. Recommend allergy medicine as the dirt generates dust and pollen from the trees. "-Very unsafe feeling when you first arrive, you will pass by neighboring properties with lots of junk piles in the yards...think movie "Wrong turn" -Surroundings are very unmaintained with lots of tall dry brush weeds -There were snakes near the covered patio, we couldnt even use the area which happened to be the highlight of why we chose this house"
