I not find a location to call or ask about this on the hotels.com app so I guess I’m just out the money?! Funny thing is I keep getting asked how my experience was by hotels.com! Do you really want to know? Maybe I should be reimbursed the overage! I have the receipts!! "

"Parking was full and the instructions from the front desk weren’t the best. The area I was instructed to park in had no signage affiliated with the casino or hotel. Breakfast, I think the woman’s name was Bruini(spelling? I’m sorry). She did an amazing job. From all of my travels she kept the breakfast immaculate and helped folks when needed. You can tell she took pride in her work. Everything was well stocked. When folks got up within minutes you couldn’t tell anyone had been there. "
