"The stay was good and the front desk woman was very sweet and pleasant. The breakfast left a lot to be desired as food wasn’t really available and most things ran out quickly. It wasn’t replenished well so we ended up stopping for breakfast on the way out of town. Otherwise the room was nice and comfortable."

"Lots of good to say about this place. Lovely surroundings and truly quiet (could occasionally hear passing cars on the highway, but the cabin is a decent distance away and the amount of traffic is fairly light). Lots of walkable, even hikeable, areas on the property. Cozy furnishings, though dining room table is tiny, even for one person. Internet is decent - I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to work there (LAN connection) and stream, but not sure how that would go with more than one...

"Directions to the cabin was accurate. The check in process was easy. Greg is one kind host. He was walked us through the cabin and gave us ideas for places to go. We enjoyed talking to him. The cabin was very clean and the decor was fun to look at. The view with the big windows was amazing. It was just what we were looking for. It was fun to watch some of the wild life outside the cabin. It was nice to sit out on the deck and have a toddy at the end of the day. We highly recommend this place...

"If you like rustic and simple, the peacefulness of the country and being "off the grid" you are gonna Love this place! Enjoy the thrill as you drive down the miles of winding gravel roads wondering if the next bend is your destination. And finally you are there... feel the peace as you slowly roll down the drive... no traffic, no noise, no hassle. "We thought it was great! Picked for its scenic location, trolley service, and everything needed in 1 location! Inside & outside were very quiet. Sports book was great. Restaurant had good tasting food & service. Easy parking & free. However, the shower head sucked. It was a small shower head. Would definitely stay again!"
