"This was a wonderful place to stay in Milan. Quiet and safe, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The reception was friendly, helpful and welcoming, with great communication throughout. We came in on a train that was delayed from Geneva, and the short walk to the guest house was very much appreciated. When we needed a taxi to the airport, the desk clerk took care of us. "
