"A lovely family-run hotel in a pair of magnificent buildings which are sufficiently far away from the main tourist area (but only an 8-minute walk) but not too far. Lots of excellent eating places in the area. There is much, much more to Pisa than the Duomo and Leaning Tower, and this provides an excellent place to explore the area. Our room was great, staff were very helpful and willing to give us local information in English, print boarding passes, order taxis etc. About my only criticism was that the breakfast coffee could have been better, but at least the hotel served an inclusive breakfast unlike most of the hotels in the area."
