We only had 3 towels in the room and could not get anymore until we turned those in, 2:30am smoke detecters battery started foing out and front desk could not get another one. So after listening to the beeping all night the maintenance guy opened the door at 6:30am while we were sleeping.

Mattress sagged in the middle and was lumpy. Bathroom fan could not remove moisture, fogged up after a 5 min shower. Mentioned to staff and said it was normal. Room had a musty smell to it, I’m guessing from the poor bathroom ventilation. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling and around the edges of the tub.

Compared to the price I paid for this hotel verses the others I paid for in Kentucky and Florida panhandle on this trip, it wasn't a good value. Things are run down in the Hotel but the pictures online make you think the opposite. Check in clerk was not great. Later front desk people were good.

have stayed here for years visiting relatives..have moved to other places due to deterioration of this property, but stayed last week..manager had to take over from front clerks as they didn't appear to know how to handle situation..manager did great job in getting straightened out. breakfast was late getting out every morning and most times, no coffee..won't stay again

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfy. However, when I went down to breakfast at 7:15am, the food was lacking. Perhaps I missed it?

I truly do apologize, we had a large group of children down for a competition. Our breakfast lady had a hard time keeping up. If you choose to stay with us again. I'll will try and do something special for you. Just ask for my by name.

Check in was fair. Upon trying to check in, the clerk could not find the Comfort Suites Mobile confirmation number--nor could she find Expedia's itinerary number. I had provided and shown the clerk the sheet I had with all the information. Fitted bed sheets were not wide enough--the corners weren't deep enough and kept coming off the mattress when we laid in the bed. Carpet was stained with foot rests placed over the stains. Breakfast was pretty good--the lady in charge of keeping food available on Nov. 18 was really great. A high school wrestling team was at the hotel with many members who needed to leave in a short amount of time; they were really "chowing down" but the lady did a really good job to keep refilling items. When large groups are registered and will be leaving at the same time, it is highly recommended that an assistant be provided in order to meet the high food demand over a short period of time. When I asked for a receipt at checkout as we left, I questioned the lady at the counter as to why a Master Card had been charged. We don't have a Master Card. She and we were obviously unaware of what was involved with Expedia's use of a "dummy Master Card" submittal. When I called Expedia to ask a question about this, I was told that that type of receipt was not supposed to be given out to the customers. All staff members we interfaced with were cordial, polite, and helpful.

First room we we given on first floor was Dirty. Bed covers had stains/ dirt marks on them. Found 2 roaches within 5minutes of entering room. Mold stains on ceiling throughout room as well as dead bug stuck to it. Switched rooms to second floor which was slightly cleaner( bed coverings looked better) but Bathroom was old ,tiling cracked, door didn't lock properly .

It's a surprise. In the first room, there was a blood stain on the cover of the bed, so I moved it to another room, but when I was going to sleep in the second room, there was a bug on the wall next to the bed, and my husband pressed it to death But I couldn't sleep in this hotel because I was nervous. I came out at 11:30pm to go to another hotel It was a terrible experience I need to get the money back

Very clean and comfortable room. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Very close to I-10, a big convenience. Linens were clean and shower was good.

This hotel was set way back and was next to what looked like an empty hotel. The rooms smelled and were dirty. The sheets and pillows were yellow. I was alone and it just didn't feel safe. And when I asked for a refund they said they were no longer gonna discuss the situation and just hung up on us. I will not recommend this place to stay. They didn't even offer an alternative. The reviews that were good on this place lied. I am not from this area so I went off of that. I have stayed at many hotels. This was by far one of the worst. I wouldn't even give it 1 star.

30 minutes to check in because front desk couldn’t figure out how to check me in. Wanted to give me a room with broken TV. Breakfast wasn’t refilled and when staff member was told, she acted like she was overwhelmed by the request. The room smelled stale. Will not be staying there again.

Parking lot shared with other nearby hotels, not fenced or separated. Property backs onto a drainage ditch which is also used as a walking path. Did not have any incident, but overnight desk clerk hesitated to say whether the area was safe to leave my van loaded with personal belongings.

We had an issue with our card and the staff went above and was so helpful and gave me time to make sure everything would work out in time for check out on Sunday. Property is older and smelt terrible when we went in with no ac on! Smelled like an old house that had been shut up for a while! Stains on carpet! Hot water was great and bed comfy but bad pillows!

Nicer than some other places costing much more
We were here only one night, but the room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There was even a little mid-room with a couch before reaching the area with the bed. Some very nice touches. When we went for breakfast, they were out of nearly all hot food, but one of the employees hustled back to the kitchen to be sure we would have egg and sausage before we left. Thank you!

The property was terrible! It’s the worst Comfort Suites I’ve been to! We’re a trucking family so we travel a lot & when we got in the room everything appeared fine until it was time for me to disinfect. There was blood on the cover. The toilet & countertop was dirty, there was hair in the shower that obviously didn’t come from us, & terrible spots on the carpet that appeared to be fresh because it left spots on my sons socks! Stay away there’s other hotels in the area that’ll be better!

Was told by front desk that the pool was closed. The a/c in room was full of dust and mold. Fire system hanging from ceiling. Then find out the next morning from a different staff member that the pool was not closed. I am in contact with the health code board due to my kids being sick ever since we left that hotel. I do expect a full refund.

Biscuits but no gravy🤔. Seems as if gravy would have been such an easy addition. 2 of the 3 luggage carts we tried were extremely hard to maneuver. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever.
