The hotel is beautiful with its large central open area; it was such a pleasure to have an airiness as we walked the hall to our room. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and being only steps away from the metro line made it a cheap and easy ride both directions, to the Mall of America and to downtown for dining and a game. Not to mention the abundant and fresh breakfast every morning started our days off right!

The rooms are a little rundown, but, it is vital we always have a refrigerator.. and they always do. Regardless, location location, location. Complimentary happy hour and breakfast are the icing on the cake. Everyone in the restaurant is exemplary.

The rooms were large & very clean. We got there later in the evening so we just used the room for sleeping. We also did not partake in breakfast. You have to pay $15 to park in their parking lot.

First of all, I would like to say thank u to the lady at the front desk that allowed us for late check out. The place was beautiful! Had a good selection for breakfast. Everything in the room was clean the only complaint I had was every time the toliet was flush, it did not flush. My husband had to take off the lid and fix something then it would flush. I would stay here again.
