When I booked it was as Sonesta, so I was a little surprised when I arrived. It was a pleasant surprise. The booking was still good and so was everything with this stay. My room was near a side door so it wasn't far to walk to my car. Breakfast was good as well

Good: updated facility that was relatively clean except for old carpet and materials being removed. It is a good location and in a quiet area. Bad: We specifically chose this facility because they offered breakfast. The breakfast area was not attended two both mornings we wanted to eat there. On the first morning we had to ask someone to check the food as some items were out such as cooked eggs. We then had to wait 20 minutes for them to be placed in the buffet. The second morning there was no hot food and we asked the front desk if it was going to be replenished. They informed us that the staff that provides the cooked food did not come in!

Needed to have hot water for tea available. Was quiet and secure. Found it odd that my ID was not required at check in nor when I asked for a key replacement after accidentally leaving my key in the room. Didn’t use breakfast. Beds were newer and comfortable, carpets and bathroom clean. The room had a tub shower with multiple grab bars however the tub base was extremely slick. The tile grout around the tub is mildewed.

Room was clean, and building is very nice around the lobby area. Some excellent lounge areas. Breakfast was nothing special. The pool was very warm, but the pool area was very chilly (It was like -18 outside that night). The room was nice and warm when we first got in, which was nice. Friendly staff.
