"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. "After checking in, I was given a room that had clearly not been cleaned after the previous guest. I returned to the front desk and showed the staff photos. So they moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room also had trash left in the trash can, which made me question the hotel’s housekeeping standards. I did not want to go back to the front desk again, so I stayed for the night and moved on with my trip the next morning. There is also no breakfast restaurant on the property. My room was near the ice machine and laundry room, and I could hear noise from the hallway after midnight, which woke me up. The front desk staff was helpful when I raised the issue, but the cleanliness and noise problems made the stay disappointing."

"We stayed for 2 nights for a weekend visit to watch a few Broadway shows. This hotel ticked all the boxes for us. Free parking, free breakfast and a free shuttle to the train station for easy public transport into Manhattan! The breakfast was very nice with eggs, sausage, pancakes and potatoes as well as fresh fruit and cereal. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We slept well. Staff was helpful and pleasant. We will stay again!"

"The lobby and first appearance is disappointing. It is being remodeled and does not look inviting. The room was good, bed comfortable and quiet. Basic amenities, breakfast on top floor was basic but adequate. That area looked nicer and was remodeled. Hotel good for a night before flight. Shuttle to airport good."
