I will never book this hotel again
Worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed at. First day, the tub was blocked. I was standing in water up to my shins. The rooms are the size of a shoebox so I requested to change into a larger room which was available online for less than I had paid for but after three hours of back and forth directly and through hotels.com they still refused and pretended they are sold out, even though they weren't. For a 4 star hotel the breakfast is a shame! Most of the food is thawed from frozen or out of a packet. The bread is an absolute disgrace to Italy! If you want to fill your water bottle for the day they charge you. The staff is unfriendly. The location is just alright. Metro station is a 5 minute walk and it takes 15 minutes on the metro to get to downtown. I will never stay here again. 2 star comfort for 5 star prices!

Hotel itself is fine. Decent location and reasonably clean. However the guy at reception was pretty dismissive when I queried a possible double payment. Turns out there is still a problem with the hotel holding two payments for the same stay. Expedia say they are struggling to reach the hotel to resolve it more than a week later. My bank is also trying to resolve it. Both Expedia and my bank are clear that this is the fault of the hotel. I therefore cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel cancelled the day before travel with no reason given. I had paid for the room too. Expedia contacted me and arranged a new hotel. UNA NEVER contacted me and kept sending automated emails welcoming me, including one to review them Which I have done. Avoid at all costs.

The location was excellent, near good bars and restaurants plus the metro close by. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. I must also give a special mention to Greg in reception, he worked the night shift and was a pleasure to chat with, really great service. Even went above and beyond to help when the taxis were on strike to give us great advice.

I received horrible service from the gentlemen at the front desk, who would become extremely immature and condescending everytime I asked a question. For some reason this hotel staff acts like its your problem to stay there, regardless of the expenses you pay. Also , they did not have laundry in house or delivery, as it must be completed by a certain time and there is little to no information available. Overall, I am very disappointed in my stay, and mainly because of the lack of hospitality at the front desk and condescending, “better-than-you” persona. Especially the bald guy who constantly wears his mask below his nose

A very nice reception. It was 2:00 am. I did appreciate the warm, to the point, and professional attitude. I wish they took the plunge and redecorated the place. The "'80s" look may look charming, but enough is enough. Because of the low attendance, the price was a great deal.

I have booked the hotel before Covid. After Covid I asked throw hotels.com to pay me back but the UNAHotel rejected my request. After months of negotiations, they have sent me a voucher. Bofore to arrive and during the check in they offered me their parking place for ONLY 35€ pro day missing to say that the parking place payments in whole Milan were suspended by the town hall. The breakfast is just terrible and limited: coffee, cappuccino, bread, industrial jam. Fresh orange juice is 5€. Although we had breakfast included, the second day we went to a bar in front of the hotel.

There was no official parking. We arrived 1am but the staff advised to park at another place. We did go but couldn’t find the entrance. And there was no hotel staff can help. So we just parked outside and in the morning we found a few others just did the same. We would appreciate the staff told us so instead of asking us drive around at 1am.

The room was very small, the bed is very small too that makes it hard to move while sleeping In fact it’s a box not a room But honestly the staff was so nice and the location is good too.
