5/5 rating for the money, room was great. Mini fridge included in the room to refrigerate food/drinks Sometimes the flush didn’t work, and the door had to opened for it to be activated. The lights were slightly confusing and bring the correct adaptor! (Although you can borrow from reception). Great location ! Less than a minute walk to the metro which is 3 stops away from Duomo Would come back smile🙂

Room was built terribly and was in a terrible spot. My friends and I couldn’t even talk to each other without the front desk telling us to be quiet. Will never recommend.

Bonus points from the service I received from your front desk staff when I asked to be moved to a quieter room, but overall this building needs some serious maintenance before I would consider staying here again

Disappointing Experience
Very small room. You couldn't fit 4 persons with their suitcases. No place to move in the room. Toilet was not working correctly. We asked the front desk to do something about it, but they never fixed it.

The air on in the room would not lower meaning we had a very uncomfortable sleep. We returned to the room at 10.30 and had to be up at 5 to get the plane home. When. It was mentioned to the reception on departure we were told it should’ve been reported and maintenance would have gone to the room and fixed.Not really practical based on the time we had to be up. The architrave around the door was loose. When unplugging my phone I received an electric shock. There is a huge crack in the ceiling above one of the beds. Reception staff on departure when reporting the issues was rude.

Great Hotel, Great Location, Lovely Friendly Staff
Loved it. The room was clean. Private. The staff were friendly. Ordered taxis when required. Which didn’t take long. Breakfast was amazing. The eggs and bacon were superb! Usually eggs in most hotels can be horrible to eat. The scrambled eggs were top! This hotel is in a great location too. You can drop your bags off securely in your room and take a short walk to Lima Subway. Which will then take you to some great places. We found the easiest way to get to this hotel via Milano Linate airport is via the subway. We changed once from the airport station and were at Lima station in total time of 20 mins!! We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

The location was on a nice street shopping area and wasn’t too far to Duomo and walking distance to the Milano centrale. The stuff were very nice and helpful.

Hotel and staff were awesome. The only issue was our room window was next to a bysy street. Slept with windows open b/c it was warm in our room. Noise level was very loud.

Good location within walking distance to train and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Tiny tiny tiny shower. Bathroom door was very squeaky and walls thin. But neighbors are quiet so didn’t bother much. Good value for the money. Front desk very helpful.

Me hospedé por negocios, inicialmente dos noches en el hotel, durante oct/2022. Llegué a media noche y tuve una cálida recepción. Siempre recibí recomendaciones dónde cenar. La habitación fue impecable y tranquila. A pesar de estar ubicada la ubicación al frente del ascensor, no me sentí perturbado en ningún momento. Cálido servicio de todo el staff, desde el administrador, quien atendía la recepción, así como las encargadas del desayuno. Facilidad de dejar mis maletas mientras regresaba dos noches después a completar mi estadía.

Front desk staff very nice and always answers questions and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, shops and sights to see. Breakfast was very good and rooms were clean.
