They thank you for the compliments about cleaning and promise they will be quieter.The Church has bells that ring every 30 minutes and it's not a deafening sound, otherwise no one would be able to rest. In 23 years of business you are the second person to complain about this. As you can see from the other reviews, many guests appreciate it. You can quickly reach the historical center, the central station and the main places of interest thanks to the MM3 Affori Centro underground station which is a short distance away. The hotel is only 450 meters from this station. You can check it too by entering the data on Google maps.The metro takes only 10-15 minutes to reach the center of Milan. You can easily discover Milan and visit the major attractions (Quadrilatero della Moda, the Duomo, museums, theatres etc. etc.). Although the hotel is very close to the center, it is located in a residential and very quiet area with a park adjacent to the structure.Come back to visit us again.Warm Regards

You have booked an annex room, which is specified on Expedia.com to be in a building next to the hotel connected to the internal courtyard and it can be located on the 2nd or 3rd floor without a lift. For transparency we sent you an email specifying the characteristics of the annex room you had booked. Annex means "to annex" and in tourism it is used for indicate those connected rooms. Generally the guests are all very satisfied for the excellent value for money. It is a cheaper accommodation but guarantees quiet rooms in a modern style. The rooms and bathroom furnishings are all new.The annex rooms are very safe. There is a night porter available both for the hotel and for the annex rooms. In each room there is a folder containing a sheet with all the information about our hotel with the number to contact the reception open 24 hours a day.If it was an unsafe place and something had happened there would be reviews about it, so your fear is completely unfounded. It is true there are also other people in the condominium, but even in the hotel you would be with unknown people from the other rooms. We have been selling this type of room for more than 15 years and not nothing ever happened. We care a lot about customer safety.We apologized, we would have liked to move you to a hotel room but unfortunately there were no rooms available.The building isn’t dirty and smells like mold. The rain of recent days has dampened the air and we are in front of a park. Perhaps you wanted to be in the centre. We aren’t in the center but well connected by metro and the neighborhood is quiet and in one of the greenest areas of Milan.We hope you will want to give us another opportunity to show you that we are the right choice for location and services offered for both short and long stays.Come back to visit us again.
