Omni Berkshire Place
4.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1117)
"Centrally located midtown Manhattan hotel. Elegant aesthetic. Neither a bargain nor super expensive for New York prices. Spacious and comfortable king bed. Lost a few points for lack of mini fridge or coffee maker in the room, and also no in-lobby complimentary coffee. This is the fourth Omni property I’ve stayed at, and it struck me as the lowest of the four, service and friendliness-wise."

"Fantastic boutique hotel that is about a 3-min walk from Grand Central. Midtown hotels I've stayed in recently have all felt really overpriced and dingy - this was a notable EXCEPTION to that rule. The room was clean, modern, and spacious (the bathroom was a bit small, but that worked fine for me). The staff was friendly, and if you are looking to stay in Midtown, the location is unbeatable. "Great location. Nice sized rooms that are comfortable, but no housekeeping services provided even when we asked for clean towels and more coffee supplies. Also want to sell you a timeshare so you have to deal with that at check-in. Billing itself as a "resort" but not really a resort."
