"This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it."

"We stayed for three nights in Snowy Lodge. Check in was easy, your keys are left in an envelope in the small reception, theres a map on the wall to tell you where to go. Take note with regards to check in and check out. Hotels.com states check in at 5 o'clock when its actually between 4 and 5 and check out at 9 when its actually 9:30 to 10. "The staff were very welcoming. Our room had been excellently prepared, was clean and well equipped, also the bathroom and the air-con worked well. We didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment on that. The only slight downside was the window which didn’t shut properly, the woodwork needing some attention on the outside. As the weather was windy, we had a moaning noise from the wind most of the time. Not too much of a problem, but could definitely do with being seen to."

"Clean and nice staff, decent size rooms, everything you need. Nice size pool, decent sauna and steam room. Negatives are that it is quite dated, although it is quite well kept. Also you have to pay £1 for use of the jacuzzi, which is strange, and not really worth it. The gym is very dated and quite run down, but they have a few machines and enough for a decent and varied workout. The cleaning products they use in the rooms though are quite pungent and not in a nice way."
