"If you are thinking about staying at the Palms just do it! I really liked that it wasn’t a huge resort. Every single person I met was very nice and always helpful. I didn’t want to bother with a car and dining options at the resort and within walking distance were great! Ubers were easy and relatively inexpensive. I was looking for a chill but luxury vibe. The Palms exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back in the future. "

"Had an excellent experience ! The Front desk manager, Baverly, was on top of her game to make sure all was okay… Shout out to Sam and Wendy from the restaurant Chez Gaston who were very accommodating and friendly. I have to admit I was a little leary about staying on the property since some reviews were negative. But as a previous guest who stayed here many times before covid I’d figure I’d give it another shot and I am sooooo glad that I did… looking forward for my next trip!!!"

"Outstanding property grounds, rooms, and amenities are comparable to big five-star hotels. Attention to detail, including cleanness, in-room amenities, poolside sunscreen, and iced water carts. Nice ocean-view bungalow bar with mist fans. Good beach service, including food, drinks, and free lounge chairs with thick mattresses. I think the resort fee should include an umbrella. It does not make sense to pay a $30 resort fee and rent an umbrella for another $30 daily."
