"If you are thinking about staying at the Palms just do it! I really liked that it wasn’t a huge resort. Every single person I met was very nice and always helpful. I didn’t want to bother with a car and dining options at the resort and within walking distance were great! Ubers were easy and relatively inexpensive. I was looking for a chill but luxury vibe. The Palms exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back in the future. "

"We did enjoy our time at the Savoy and will consider it in the future. Super cute, boutique, retro atmosphere and convenient to south beach entertainment BUT also tucked away that you don’t have to “deal” with south beach if desired. The staff was nice and accommodating. We checked in very early and were extended an invitation to use all pool and beach facilities. The property is under construction for renovations. We did know that prior to booking and we did not experience any inconveniences...

The Front desk manager, Baverly, was on top of her game to make sure all was okay… Shout out to Sam and Wendy from the restaurant Chez Gaston who were very accommodating and friendly. I have to admit I was a little leary about staying on the property since some reviews were negative. But as a previous guest who stayed here many times before covid I’d figure I’d give it another shot and I am sooooo glad that I did… looking forward for my next trip!!!"

"I loved this property! Literally less than a minute walk to the beach. Beaches in Miami can be iffy but this is a beautiful part. The staff is really sweet & all very attentive! The restaurant had great food & recommend paying to get the breakfast included (I questioned it bc I’ve had terrible breakfasts with other places, but the buffet is great)! "
