An elevator didn't work which was a nightmare going down or up because there were a lot of people waiting, the towels look like they were used for cleaning (very old), the night I arrived my bed didn't have sheets!!! They are very neglecting the property and customer service (very few employees say hello).

All employees do their best for the client satisfaction, a big thank you to the housekeeping ladies on the 2nd floor who are always kind besides their hard work. This hotel is pretty well located, plenty of public transportation and the way to access the main building from the top lobby makes me feel secure.

I Didn't like that nobody mentioned that Parking and Continental breakfast was separate charge. I stayed three nights and they only provided two cups of coffe. They did not service the little coffe machine in the room.

Hi, I had many problems at the hotel, starting with the person who checked me in when I arrived. The room was for 4 people and 3 children, and there were 2 other people apart from me because they were going to look after them later, but you saw a problem and they couldn't get there. I was only going to stay one night because I was leaving the next day. I had come from a long 14-hour trip by truck and I was very tired and they kept talking to me since 12:00 am and they did not answer to tell me that the people had not left. and that I had to pay for another room and apart from that the bed was full of blood and I told them and they said that they had nothing to do with it, that it was with another department. so instead of resting it went wrong for me the next day early I had to come to my house which is in brownsville texas another 16 hours drive I hope and you do something because I have several years with this app grabbing hotels and I never avian treated like this

The night I arrived the whole hotel smelled like toilet water, the room didn’t have any water or coffee or nothing! And then I got stuck at the elevator for like 20 min with no response from the alarm.

My reservation didnt appear on the sistem, after that they wanted me to cancel my reservation and give me a refund ( the tecnichian of the front desk of the hotel) and besides that, they whated me to check out at 12 noon, when my reservation was effective until 3 pm! Horrible!

To begin with, I did not receive any VIP service, but as for the hotel, the towels seem to have been taken out of the basin, all of them shredded and they seem like sandpaper, how rough they are and the cleanliness in the room when we entered all the footprints on the doors, handles, mirrors, were not a good one. cleaning
