"We arrived very late at night after a long days travelling from the UK. The parking was free and plentiful. The lady on reception was so polite and friendly. The hotel was just what we wanted....a nice, safe, clean, warm place to stay for the night. This ticked all the boxes and was excellent value. The room was small. It had a bed, a tv on the wall and a side unit with plug sockets and lights. The bathroom had a toilet, shower and sink. There were towels and piping hot water, also complimentary toiletries. I can liken the room to a cabin on one of the cross channel ferries. Perfectly adequate for our needs and extremely safe and comfy. Thankyou so much."

"You need to know where the rooms are; on the map, it looks right on the beach, and the rooms have sea views. However, when they say “Côté jardin”, it’s another building, a few doors down and across the street. If you get a room on the second floor, there is no elevator so be aware. These are just practical tips, don’t let it scare you away. The place was great, still mere metres from the beach, very clean, the breakfast was nice, the staff is excellent. Make sure to try their restaurant, it is great. We had a family room, with twin beds in a loft, which the kids loved. It’s a nice walk to the Juno Beach centre, which every Canadian has to see once. In the morning there is a fish market, giving you a local vibe."

"You won’t regret booking this delightful boutique hotel. It’s clean and cute with upscale fixtures and services. While I would not consider this a “Spa”, they did have hot tubs available for private use. And you might need one if you actually swam in the ocean. The setting is lovely. The facility is sparking clean, recently remodeled, and the staff was kind and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the charming town of Melville~Franceville. If Iget to return, I’m booking the ocean view with a patio!"
