The apartment type booked was a Studio apartment, which is located on the sides of the building & given our proximity to the city centre, do look into adjacent buildings. After receiving your feedback, I have reviewed the apartment-specific photos on hotels.com and believe this is accurately reflected. In regards to housekeeping, we don't service on Sundays - however you should have received housekeeping the other days, I am very sorry about this and will follow up with houskeeping. I also appreciate you bringing the microwave to our attention, I do hope you advised one of our team during your stay, as we are more than happy to replace this.
