The apartment was ok for 1 night was really disappointed that the only view we had was of a wall but a part from that the beds were comfy and the room was clean and the the customer service was amazing.

What we like is that it's just walking distance to Flinders Street station and easy to go around to nearby restaurants and close to IGA grocery store. The location is easily accessible. What we don't like is that bath mat and non slip mat for the shower area should have been provided in the first place because these are considered necessities for safety reasons.

The hotel provided many more amenities than expected. The kitchen and laundry facilities were very helpful. The unit was very clean and spacious. The hotel's location provided walkable access to Melbourne's many cultural and entertainment sites. This was my first visit to Melbourne and the Mantra Southbank provided an excellent opportunity to access all that Melbourne had to offer. The staff were also very friendly and professional. The experience was a highlight of my trip to Melbourne. I loved it. My thanks to everyone!

Enjoyed our stay with our 4 kids in the 2 bedroom apartment. Could have had more in the way of cooking appliances and utensils for a larger family. We most loved the view, location and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We requested early check in and still werent checked in till after 3. The restaurant was dismal. Only had a very small selection ,not all of those were availabke either, pre booked the buffet breakky only to have no seating available. Asked for housekeeping to tidy up while we were out and after going out for the day and 3 phone calls later our room was partially cleaned whilst my family were sitting at the table. Overall the actual facilty was decent just not very clean and the staff not very helpful

Great location, lovely breakfasts and a nice big 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony. I had a problem with the shower over the bath which i could not get into having recovering from a foot fracture. We could hear the road traffic in our bedrooms which was very loud, but second night was getting used to it. But a great stay and will stay again.

As always staying at Mantra a great experience.But as is practise $100 was taken as a charge until you are satisfied we left apartment as we found it.Ipaid $30 for parking but a charge of $30.33 was taken out of my account and as yet no refund of $70.I have rang to ask but it appears it may take a few days for money to be credited back.Otherwise this is the only thing that has annoyed me.Kind Regards Margaret Ford.

We were upgraded by the lovely Patrick because our room was so noisy and grotty plus the washing machine broke. Had we not been upgraded we would not have had a restful start to each day. The rooms are generally well used, convenient with location but need some freshening up. Patrick was awesome but the hotel desperately needs some money spent on it.

For a family holiday without breaking the bank. It absolutely fit the bill. No frills, but perfectly clean and good sized. 5-10 min walk to federation square well worth the extra space and value

Love the location and staff. Had a lovely time. Pool and spa were great too! Only critique is the rooms are really noisy from a street level, even 8 floors up it was very loud. Plus the pull out sofa was paper thin and really uncomfy.
