"Friendly staff. The Customer service experience -being tentative to picking up empty plates and offering additional drinks- should improve. Buffet area (breakfast) personnel need to provide faster service. We wanted a spice sauce and had to ask 4 different people and it took over 5-7 minutes. Other than these two things, the place and overall service was great! "

"I Constantly stay at this hotel. The staff makes me feel very welcomed, they are very attentive and most important,I know that I can trust them. Location is very nice, very central, a short distance from anywhere by taxi, and if you are like me, I take the Metro which is just a five minute walk away. I highly recommend it. "
