"Friendly, courteous staff. Clean room. Although breakfast isn’t included, they have fresh coffee and hot water in the morning which is nice. There’s a small counter at the door to put your coffee or whatever is in your hand so you can fish out your room key and open the door. Nice feature. This should be standard at all hotels. "

"The desk person was great. My only issue for this location was no breakfast. We paid over $300 for the room and the place was super clean. We needed to hit the road early and breakfast would have been nice. We left town because they were going to run the horses through town for a benefit. Loved to have stayed but we had to find good and hit the road. We would stay again. "

"This is a great spot for a stay in Livingston. The rooms are spacious with lots of old charm. We were on the 4th floor, and elevator isn’t readily available. Also, its feet from a railroad track that blows the whistle a few times in the middle of the night! None of these things bother us at all but I could see that being a problem for more fussy travelers. The location is incredible, walkable the best shops, restaurants, and bars. The Murray Bar is actually the best spot in town! "

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. We had a nice refrigerator in the room. They have 2 shared microwaves, one on the first floor and one on the third floor. Fortunately our room was only 10-15 feet from the one on the first floor. The elk visited the houses across the street from the hotel. Great picture moments. "
