At Quest Mawson Lakes, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional experiences, so please accept my sincere apologies that your stay was less than perfect. I would like to further follow up on the cleanliness issues you have experienced, if you could please contact the hotel to provide a name and room number so I can look into specifics. Our carpets are vacuumed daily and deep cleaned on a monthly basis, and our bathrooms are similarly cleaned daily. If there is mould in the silicon we generally report and replace as needed, and I would love to bump your room up the list. Lastly, our bed sheets are cleaned and provided by a third-party linen company, and I would very much like to investigate further. For now, I have had housekeeping check over our clean stock to make sure there is no mustiness. With regards to the coffee & Tim-Tams, we are providing these free-of-charge once per stay, with more coffee pods available at reception. We have put an explanation of this on the info placard with the coffee pods, but I will look into whether this system is causing more confusion than necessary and perhaps start restocking & charging with the rest of the minibar items. The Tim-Tams are a new rollout for out hotel, we have been stocking them for about a month now. These are intentionally not filled daily, as they are meant as a free and welcoming treat for new check-ins.
