"We were always greeted by fiendly and happy staff. The property was as advertised, clean, minimalist, spacious, user-friendly and perfectly located near a Migros supermarket, a couple of convenience stores and restaurants along the beach, all within short walking distance. However as it's noise insulation is poor and it's next to the main road, it could be too noisy for some people including me."

"We loved staying here. If you didn’t want to leave the complex for excursions etc, there was no need. Everything you needed was within the complex itself. Staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. "We have decided to book Hawaii again despite few negatives the hotel has. Very few pool sunbeds for the size of the hotel- but the beach was 1 min walk away. The rooms are a bit noisy- you can hear your neighbours through the bathroom wall however cleaned daily and comfortable. "There were multiple problems with this hotel and if I could get a refund I would request it. First, upon check in the staff didnt offer guidance for what is included or not. Second, the food made us sick and we didnt eat at the included meals. Third, the staff hardly cleaned the rooms. It was disgusting. Finally, we checked out 4 days early because they charged us $100 dollars to clean 2 small bags of laundry."
