"We were always greeted by fiendly and happy staff. The property was as advertised, clean, minimalist, spacious, user-friendly and perfectly located near a Migros supermarket, a couple of convenience stores and restaurants along the beach, all within short walking distance. However as it's noise insulation is poor and it's next to the main road, it could be too noisy for some people including me."

"Nice sized hotel quite modern but still personal. Good central location but side street so it's quiet. We were there beginning of May so under occupied which meant no buffet breakfast just very small plated breakfast. I understand the reasoning but felt if breakfast is reduced so should the room prices so the negative of City Hotel is it's bit overpriced."

"We loved staying here. If you didn’t want to leave the complex for excursions etc, there was no need. Everything you needed was within the complex itself. Staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. We really enjoyed the variety of entertainment in the evenings and the restaurants on site were lovely, great food and atmosphere all round. "

"It’s a nice hotel. Some of the staff are lovely especially alan who works from 12 noon, the rest can be a bit surly & miserable. The rooms are ok, nothing special & the bed blanket is the worst I’ve ever had in an hotel. That needs sorting! Just use cotton ones it’s that simple! Good round the pool was ok & fairly reasonably priced. Loved that the Guys would come round regularly to ask if you wanted drinks & you could pay as you go or set up a tab. "We have decided to book Hawaii again despite few negatives the hotel has. Very few pool sunbeds for the size of the hotel- but the beach was 1 min walk away. The rooms are a bit noisy- you can hear your neighbours through the bathroom wall however cleaned daily and comfortable. The food was tasty- big selection at breakfast; we took advantage of the many beach bars and restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff!"
