"Die Wohnung liegt im mit Fahrstuhl zu erreichenden Obergeschoss einer großen Wohnanlage ca. 2km abseits von Grados Zentrum. Nach Betreten der Wohnung geht es über eine verschränkte Treppe noch eine Etage höher. Hier befinden sich Kochzeile, Eßtisch und Wohnzimmer. Von ihm geht ein Flur ab, an dem ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett und Doppelbett sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett liegt. Am Ende des Gangs ist das Bad mit Warmwassertherme, Waschmaschine/Trockner und Dusche. Von den Zimmer geht...

"Well equipped and furnished unique apartment sitated on the top of a hill with fantastic views. It was so lovely and quiet. We loved relaxing on the roof terrace. Jurij was very helpful, left us a tasty bottle of wine and even lent us his mountain bikes!"

"Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Vermieter freundlich. Leider sprechen und verstehen sie nur italienisch. Dafür sind wir täglich mit Eiern und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt worden. Das Haus ist recht abgelegen, ein Auto vor Ort ist notwendig."

"At first glance this apartment seemed inconvenient and awkward, but this impression was completely wrong. The apartment is outside of town on the edge of a semi industrial area, but in fact it is in a suburban area an easy 12 minute walk along quiet streets to the heart of town, and even less time to expansive supermarkets. (There are busy streets too, but they are easily avoided). The greatest treasure of the apartment, however, is the hosts book of suggestions. Every Italian is better...

"Sehr gepflegte, saubere Anlage. Absolut ruhig gelegen, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, sehr gut zum Radfahren auch mit Kindern. Liegt zwar abseits aber mit dem Auto ist man ruckzuck im Hotspot."

"Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day"
