Luxury apartment in a family country house on top of the hill

Our apartment is situated in our 100 years old family house. You will find our countryhouse on a very top of the hill, surrounded by fields and forest. Place is on the very border with Italy where Soča front in 1st world war unfolded and you can still find trenches in our backyard. You will be surprise how remote, tranquil and quiet our hills are even thou our house is just 5 min drive from the main road Nova Gorica - Tolmin.
Apartment in the middle of nature still offers all modern equipment you need and we promise you the most peaceful holidays you ever had.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem einzigartigen Rundblick von der Dachterrasse. Sehr ruhig gelegen, ideal zum Entspannen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer bereit ist, ein wenig Auto zu fahren, erreicht die schönsten Ecken Sloweniens (Soca, Triglav, selbst das Meer) von Tolmin aus sehr leicht.

Tolle Aussicht!

Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir haben bei jeder Gelegenheit auf einer der Terrassen gegessen und die Aussicht genossen. Die Kids haben natürlich die Feuerschale geliebt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man viele tolle Stellen an der Soca in kurzer Zeit. Auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe. Hört auf Juri, was die Anreise angeht und nehmt die richtige Straße den Berg hoch! :)

Natur pur und himmlische Ruhe

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Volkanski Ruti. Wir haben die tolle Rundumsicht und die Ruhe am Berg sehr genossen. Die etwa 8 Minuten Bergfahrt auf der schmalen aber gut ausgebauten Straße wird durch das tolle Bergpanorama aufgewogen. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter Juri ist sehr nett. Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Wir suchten und buchten eine Wohnung in ruhiger und erhöhter Lage. Genau das fanden wir hier vor. Die Anfahrt zum Appartement braucht 10-12min von der Hauptstraße und ist recht kurvig mit einigen Spitzkehren. Hierbei braucht es eine gewisse Vorsicht, sprich langsam fahren. Man bekommt dafür eine tolle Lage, Abkühlung in der Nacht mit besserem Schlaf und ein voll ausgestattes und modernes Appartement mit viel Platz für 3 Personen. Es liegt im 1.OG und ist als Maisonette (DZ, EZ und WZ über Treppe erreichbar) gebaut. Auch ohne Klimaanlage und DZ unterm Dach und 30-35° tagsüber haben wir in der Nacht gut geschlafen. Waschmaschine vorhanden und man kann die Wäsche auf der eigenen Terrasse oder im Garten trocknen. (Wäscheklammern mitbringen!) Unser Gastgeber Juri wohnt im Haus, was die Kommunikation (auf Englisch) vereinfachte. Diese war sehr angenehm! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen !!

Unfassbarer Rundumblick, nichts als Natur um einen herum mit einem wunderschönen Sternenhimmel und als einziges Geräusch nachts ein Waldkäuzchen. Nur die vier km Anfahrt den Berg hinauf ist eine Herausforderung!😊

Tolle Ferienwohnung, tolle Aussicht in abgelegener Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön gelegen auf einem Bergrücken in der Nähe von Tolmin. Es gibt viele slowenische Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung und auch ein Tagestrip nach Triest ist möglich (und empfehlenswert:-).

Traumhafte Aussicht

Die Beschreibung ist etwas geschönt - auf einem Hügel bedeutet fast 10 min enge Serpentinen hoch fahren. Dafür ist man oben auf 800 m fast ganz allein mit super Aussicht auf die Nachbarberge. Es ist sehr ruhig und traumhaft schön. Der Vermieter ist nett und hilft gern mit Tipps. Zur Begrüßung gab's ne Flasche Wein aus der Gegend. Das Appartement ist groß, die Küche fast vollständig eingerichtet (ein Toaster wäre noch schick). Die in der Beschreibung angegebene Waschmaschine gibt's leider nicht mehr (bei Urlaub mit Kids gern genommen), aber in Tolmin gibt's einen Waschsalon... Wir haben uns hier wirklich pudelwohl gefühlt!!

Traumhafter Urlaub in Slowenien

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles nötige vorhanden und die Einrichtung in top Zustand. Sie lag abgelegen auf einem Berg und wir haben die Ruhe und den Blick in die Berge genossen. Der Gastgeber stand uns immer mit Rat zur Seite und war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der regionale Wein ist zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Peaceful apartment in beautiful setting

Well equipped and furnished unique apartment sitated on the top of a hill with fantastic views. It was so lovely and quiet. We loved relaxing on the roof terrace. Jurij was very helpful, left us a tasty bottle of wine and even lent us his mountain bikes!
