"This is a must-stay resort if you are visiting Phuket, especially if it a aromantic getaway. It is incredibly beautiful and relaxing, but the staff most of all make it an unforgettable experience. The only downside is that even though they have transportation to the main island, it’s not always convenient and it of no fault of their own (can’t travel by speedboat at night). This wasn’t an issue with us as there were plenty of beach bars, things to do, excursions, and the resort itself was immaculate. We were truly sad when we had to say goodbye. "

It was very clean and there were lots of events going on: cooking classes, rock climbing, excursions, etc. The staff was amazing and always making sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying our stay. Location is convenient. If we come back to ao nang, we will definitely stay here again. "

"Room and facility was very clean, staff was very nice, and close to the beach, the only thing that I would like to comment on is that the main shopping strip is a little far away from the entrance/not as convenient as the other BlueSotel. It would be a little difficult for someone unable to walk long distances or a disability."

"Beautiful property. Great water park for children and adults. Restaurants were good. Music in the splash kitchen needs to changed. They only played one Christmas CD for 8 days and nights. The music at the beach bar was very inappropriate and offensive to women and Children. There are no Air conditioned areas outside of your room or the splash kitchen. Very hot hotel lobby. Trolley transportation on the grounds is excellent. "

"Walking distance to Old Phuket Town if you can handle the heat! The area was somewhat safe besides one homeless man who seemed a little dangerous to walk past to get to Old Town. Hint, he stayed inside an abandoned building and typically minded his own business until he wandered onto the sidewalk occasionally. The staff at the counter were a bit confusing when explaining a 2,000 baht deposit that had to be paid up front, so just be prepared. We got the 2,000 baht back once we checked out. The hotel smelled so good. The staff working the door were so kind and helpful. They held our bags when we arrived from the airport. Check-in wasn’t until 1-3PM, but we were able to check in a little early due to availability. The rooms were cold and clean with an amazing view of the ocean and the city. Bolt & Grab were extremely easy to use in Phuket compared to Bangkok. Overall, a great stay and absolutely worth the price. The only issue we faced was very loud construction and housekeeping. It was repetitive sounds all day and almost all night. It did make it a bit difficult to stay asleep unless your TV volume was high. "
