"Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were quite a few gaps. There were no instructions for the fire and when we arrived it was on. However after about an hour it went out on its own. The backup heater didn’t work so our first night was somewhat freezing. No reply from the Bachcare despite 3 tries and we finally managed to get it working ourselves by turning the mains power off to reset. No soap in the bathroom, not enough pillows. No vegetable peeler and the cleaning in the kitchen was pretty...

"House is spacious and has a nice deck. Property alarm keeps beeping all day and night long, which was a bit of annoying for first night. We called the 0800 number and they solved the issue giving us the code to turn it off. Hot pool was sadly not cleaned at all. Water and pool’s wall were super dirty and we couldn’t use it much. Some beds make so much noise when sleeping and moving. An air cond would be great as doors and windows can’t stay opened coz of heaps of mosquitoes inside. Check out...
