"Upon arrival there was dark black long hair on the bathroom floor - it was but mine. I arrived late and didn’t call issue to management. The cleaning lady came in the following day and did not clean the bathroom bc the hair was still there. Gross I tried to use the stairs verses the elevator and the stair door barely opened on the ground floor bc a service tray was placed in front of it - blocking the door. Overall the stay was good however issues need addressing. "
