"Our family took our first ever vacation here. It took me a long time to book because I wanted to find the perfect place. This beach house was it! I am so happy I booked this location. It had everything we needed to help make everything memorable. There was 7 of us and there was more than enough room for everyone to do their own thing and enjoy our time together. I appreciated the private parking. There is also a storage area that had beach umbrellas, sand sifters, beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels. All the beds were comfy and there is also an additional LIVING ROOM that is not pictured with a huge sectional couch and TV. The kiddos loved it! The wrap around deck was great with an outdoor shower to wash the sand off. The sunset views are amazing and there is a PRIVATE beach. We had family staying in another condo down the road and they were trying to book it for their next trip!! The ONLY cons I experienced is the door facing the Gulf did not lock (I did let the property manager know) We were always there anyway and just pushed the furniture in front of it so our toddlers couldn't escape throughout the night. In the bedrooms, there are only sheer curtains so people walking by can see directly inside. We just changed our clothes in places that they couldn't see. No biggie! I absolutely love this place and will always cherish the memories made here. I pray I get another opportunity to stay here, its THAT GOOD! BOOK IT! I promise you won't be disappointed."

"All 4 of us were delighted when we walked into the living room of our for the weekend getaway home. It was clean, spacious, homey, and just perfect for a quilters’ long weekend at the beach. We had plenty of room to sew, Lots of restaurants to try, and plenty of beautiful beach to explore. We can’t wait to return!"

"I have family that lives in Englewood, FL and love to visit the area, but my husband and I really wanted to be right on the beach for this trip to maximize our time there. This rental fit our needs of being right on the beach, affordable, and having access to a pool. The condo is a comfortable size for a couple and was clean upon arrival. As others have stated, the sea grapes in front of the condo block out the view of the ocean, although the beach is only steps away and the sea grapes do create some privacy. The pool was easy to find, clean, quiet, and a nice size and temperature. Would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!"

"We booked last minute for a beach getaway on our anniversary. The unit is a little dated but very clean and well kept. It is right on the beach but the unit faces the street. There is a small porch on the side with a beach view. The location is great and only a short walk to Stump Pass Beach State Park. Overall we had a great stay here."

"The unit fit our needs perfectly. Loved the short walk to the beach. My only suggestion would be for a small cooler. We went exploring the area and a small cooler would have been a nice addition."
