"Amazing location and services. Staff at reception were fantastic and realised how tired I was and I cheekily requested a room with a view and was upgraded. The room was amazing with partial kaabah view Spacious and clean. Everything in the hotel is clearly labelled. Breakfast was international and one of the best views in Makkah. "Not sure if this place qualifies as a 5 star property but I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are definitely dated and could use updating but they were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choices. Walk to the Haram took only 5 minutes. Getting to the property by car can be difficult as our Uber drivers could not find it and then when we finally found it he could not stop in front of it so we ended up having to walk through the crowds of people with our bags to the lobby....
