"The hotel is in a quiet location, making it a good spot for relaxation before or after the trip. The underground train station is just a few hundred steps from the hotel entrance, making a convenient trip to the city center or just one stop to the airport. The room was very clean with all the necessary amenities. The buffet-type breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food to choose from. Our two-night stay before departing from Frankfurt was very enjoyable."

"Good location. Clean rooms. Arrived early 8am,and asked for an early check in. Was told to check back at 1. Then was instructed to check back at 3. No options given. There was no accommodation for an early check in. Hotel main elevator was down to one of two which was manageable, then the second one was not operable for several hours. We would still use this hotel but some better communication and better maintenance is required."
