Only draw back is currently constructionwork ongoing close by in the daytime and most annoying 3 small dogs Barking more or less 24/7. Ofcourse mostly irritations during night. "

A lot of loud cars passing with their music turned on and a party in the neighborhood. Also, many dogs through the night barking. The curtains don't keep the light away, so it's quite bright in the morning. But from Sunday to Monday it was much quieter. "
