"In a great area of Manhattan, walkable distance to restaurants and subway stations. Room was clean and modern. Not enough elevators for the amounts of floors in the hotel which means it takes a while to come up & down."

"The location was really convenient and the price was much better than a lot of other NYC hotels. But the room was so small we had nowhere to open our suitcases other than on the bed. The shower had poor water pressure, and would run out of hot water before completing two showers. The USB ports in the bedside lamps did not work at all. "
