"Easy and understandable directions. Quite and very clean place. It is a place to eat simple meals. But it could use a microwave. It was an appropriate for our visit we used mainly to sleep and shower. Would stay in future visits."

"There’s a speakeasy right below the apartment. Patrons weren’t quiet and whom ever was closing didn’t know how to close the door. They kept slamming it to try shutting it. Light sleepers be forewarned. Otherwise, great place."

"The welcome and walk through as well as the private parking and the way it was our own spot but walking distance to everything. We loved it we would stay there again. Grezyna, was warm and welcoming and had wonderful coffee, chocolates, sparkling cherry apple drink(we don’t like champagne) and beautiful roses as well as a card to celebrate our 34th anniversary. All I can say is awesome."

"The entry and parking for the unit is in the rear of CVS, next door to the market place. Was difficult to locate at first. Upon entry to building the odor from the market place is overwhelming, especially the elevator smells like expired milk. Upon arrival to the unit, we were satisfied with overall appearance. "This little cottage was perfect to visit family in Solvang. Short walk to downtown. Clean.The only improvements I might mention is a curtain for the entry door and less of whatever room spray they use as it was overwhelming and made our clothes smell like room deodorant. We never received the door code so I had to track down the host, not sure what happened but it worked out fine."

"My husband and I traveled to Santa Ynez for a very special family occasion and were looking for a space away from the crowds to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. There were birds, a few horses and a few foxes that we spotted. The guest house was very bright, airy and clean. The hosts were very easy to communicate with while also being very unobtrusive. "We loved Dawn's house and our stay. The location is perfect being just off the main road, so all businesses / restaurants were within walking distance. Directly across the street is the best breakfast place in town. Very spacious living spaces and well stocked kitchen for basic needs. The bathrooms had good water pressure and the beds were comfortable. We were there for a wedding, so did not get to use the hot tub, but Dawn cleans and treats it before check-in and readily responded to all...
