"Great hotel Unfortunately, like everything in New York, they charge an arm and a leg for valet overnight. They don’t really have a breakfast option inside the hotel and Limited snack, snacks, and food. The surrounding area could be cleaner. But if you’re in Queens would not be a bad choice"

"Staff was great and hotel was clean. 3 elevators in the building so you were never waiting. Breakfast staff were great. Options were a bit limited. Scrambled eggs, pancakes, turkey sausage and bagels. Bathrooms in room were barn style doors which are pretty but not really functional for a small room as it didn't shut tight or lock. City view is a nice option but you have to look past the large power station next door. We were okay walking a couple blocks to dinner while the sun was out but chose not to at night. House of Thai was delicious."

"I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and I have to say that this is a unique opportunity for me to sing the praises of a gentleman and scholar; his name is Jose Lopez and is the chief engineer of the property. I’m sure it is not often to hear about someone behind the scenes. Jose exuded the traits of a top tier management position as he was intelligent, compassionate and committed to excellence. He was immediately able to rectify an issue I had and ensure my stay at the property was one that would make my family happy. The back of the house and those who put the heads in beds housekeeping manager Mr. Polanco, part of his team Maria Garcia housekeeping as one learns in hospitality school are also the unsung heroes of the industry where a property cannot function without excellence. Jose Lopez, head of the engineering department Mr. Polanco …when I am asked about my stay I must say they are the ones who can make the most difference in a world of negativity. Of course GSA Caitlin was superb and I will detail her amazing performance in my next review"
