"We stayed here 2 nights. We arrived before check-in due to our train time, but happily the staff had our room ready ahead of time and were able to let us in right away. The room was pristine - even better than the pictures online. They offer breakfast on-site each morning for a fee (15€). "The staff are very kind and welcoming. The property and rooms are very clean, modern and spotless. We absolutley loved our stay here. The only thing people should consider is having a car to come here. Otherwise it would be difficult to commute."

"This is a unique location with the self-check-in. It took us a couple of minutes to figure out the door ""unlock" feature but once we figured it out there was absolutely no delay going forward. My only tip would be to wait for a second or two once you hit the "unlock" on your phone and trying the handle."

"Property is in a nice location of Locco, with perfect views of the lake, our room literally had a stunning view from our bed. Only approx 20min walk from the centre of Locco where there is shopping and train station. On train less than hour to Milan and 20 mins (quick train) to the stunning Verrena. Hotel is peaceful and staff are polite and accommodating. Only criticism, both nights I could hear loud techno music which started around 1.30/2am which must have been from a club nearby"

"Close to public transport and plenty of eating places nearby. Room was nice. There is a communal kitchen shared by the three guest rooms which has free tea, coffee and snacks available. You can hear people if they are in this area but it was nice and quite when we were there. I would stay here again. "

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."
